My oil cured olive cookie is adapted from a heritage Portuguese recipe using:
Orange Zest, very ltl sugar, unbleached flour, baking powder, oil cured olives, 1 egg, olive oil, a pinch of cinnamon and salt. All ingredients, consciously sourced, prepared & shipped to minimize packaging waste.
